Breakfast Shift

If possible we will always prepare most of the things we serve for breakfast the day before. When taking leftovers off the table, we will refill all trays so they are ready for the next day. Breakfast shifts are also most often responsible for feeding animals, grocery shopping and refilling toilets both in the dorms and in the toilethouse +mainhouse list on how to clean Main House below

Prepare the Serving Table

Bread 1 each 10 person 

Butter (yellow box Bremykt) 

4 variety of jam (blue-, ras- and strawberry and apricot) 

Cheese 

Ham 

Salami 

Cucumber 

Tomatoes 

Bellpepper 

Kaviar (the whole tube, put them in a glassbowl) 

Leverpostei (put in bowl) 

Makrell i tomat (put in it bow) 

Peanutbutter 

Nugatti 

Mayonese 

Salt & Pepper 



Morning Routine

Note down the temperature on the fridge and freezer 

Start by washing your hands 

Check and clean filter for the dish washer 

Turn on the dish washer (one push at the main button) 

Check eating area, entrance and toilet (toilet paper) 

Make coffee 4 liter 

Boil egg in over 100*C | 100% humidity | 10 minutes 

Cool the eggs down in cold water when cooked 

Wipe out the blackboard and write " God morgen"



Prepare 1 Table with Drinks

Orange juice 3 mugs 

Applejuice 3 mugs 

Water 3 mugs 

Make sure there is enough glasses 





Prepare Coffee Table

Coffee 2 thermos 

Hot water 1 thermos 

Tea 

Sugar 

Make sure there is enough cups 




The Musli & Yoghurt Station

2 types of yoghurt (vanilla and naturell) 

Plates and spoons 

Musli 

Cornflakes 

Milk 

Allergies on separate serving table

Coffee 2 thermos 

Hot water 1 thermos 

Tea 

Sugar 

Make sure there is enough cups 




Clean Kitchen

Clean dishes 

Wipe all surfaces in the kitchen with D2 

Take out from washing machine, 

Put in dryer 

Take out from dryer, 

Put it where it belongs 








Refill and store leftovers:

Refill all trays if there is guest the next day(s) 

Put plastic on top of all leftovers, 

write date, 

put in fridge 

Mark allergic food






Service

Check and refill if needed 

Check if there is coffee and hot water on the cans

Cut more bread if needed 1 persons stay at service, 

1 person: 

check and refill toilets in the sleeping dorms, 

take the trash and put in new bag





Clean Entrance & Dining Area

Check entrance + chillroom. 

Tidy up/clean if needed 

Wipe all tables in eating area with D2 

Put chairs up on table 

Vacuum eating area, clean with mop if needed 

Clean station for dishes 

Take out trash / food waste 

Put in new bags
